I tried BOTH of these workouts tonight and WOW! I have been looking for a challenging arm and ab workout, these take the celery (cake is too tempting). TRY THEM! I did the arm workout with 10 pound hand weights.

This one would be great for beginners…one day I’ll make my own with more shoulder presses, bicep curls and lateral raises (I want my arms to feel sore after an arm workout!!!)
